The 5,000 RUB two day licence is the most interesting line on their price list. It exists so you can buy software for one weekend, work the event, and owe nothing until the next one. For an operator with four bookings a year that is the correct shape of pricing and a monthly subscription would be a waste.

The shape inverts fast. At two events a month you are buying two two day licences and the monthly at 10,000 RUB is already cheaper. At the volume where a 360 business becomes a business, twelve to sixteen weekends in the season, per event licensing is simply a per event fee and you feel it every time you quote. Add to that a product with no presence or support outside the Russian market, and documentation and support written for that market, and you are buying software you cannot pay for and cannot get help with in your language. None of this is a criticism of the software itself, which looks capable. It is a statement about who it is for.

CyberPhotoBooth runs on Windows 10 and 11 with no mobile app of any kind. On a classic photo booth that is fine, because the PC lives inside the shell and never moves.

On a 360 platform the camera is usually the thing that travels: a phone or a GoPro clamped to the arm, or a tablet on a tripod beside it. A desktop-only product cannot sit where the camera sits, so you end up with a capture chain, a laptop and a cable run around a spinning arm. If you bill in rubles, run Windows booths, sell AI portraits as your headline product and work a handful of events at a time, this is a well priced tool with a pricing model most Western vendors will not offer you. The two day licence in particular is a genuinely operator friendly idea and we would like to see more of it.
