KlipBox Alternative for Operators Who Sell 360 Video
KlipBox is made by Metafox in Poland and its pitch is clean: hundreds of AR filters and masks applied live on any smartphone, no extra hardware, no props, instant sharing of the photo or video. It is on the App Store for iOS and iPad, it had no ratings yet when we looked, and there is no public pricing page on the site. Checked on 28 August 2026.
It is a real product with a real idea behind it. It is also a different category from the machine most operators are trying to run, which is a spinner. That is where Snap360App sits.

AR Filters and 360 Video Are Different Products
Both end up as a clip on a guest phone, and there the similarity stops. AR filters put a mask on a face in real time and the appeal is the effect. A 360 spinner puts a camera on an arm that orbits a person standing still, and the appeal is the shot itself: the slow motion, the ramp, the confetti at the right frame.
That difference decides your whole setup. Filters need nothing but a phone, which is the point of KlipBox. A spinner needs a platform, lighting and software that knows what to do with a circular pass. They can coexist at the same event, but one does not substitute for the other.
No Public Price Slows Down the Sale
KlipBox has no pricing page. No tiers, no per event figure, no trial terms published. We looked on 28 August 2026 and there was nothing to quote.
For a buyer that means writing an email and waiting instead of subscribing tonight. For a comparison it means the honest answer to how much does KlipBox cost is that they do not say. Any operator with a spreadsheet knows how that ends: the software with a visible number gets tested first.
Zero Ratings and What to Do About It
The App Store listing had no ratings at all when we checked. That is no score at all, and it is completely normal for a young app from a small studio.
It does mean you get no signal from other operators before you commit, so test it yourself the way you would test any unknown: run a full event flow on your own phone, deliberately break the wifi, hand it to someone who has never seen it, and see whether it survives a queue of guests. Do the same to whatever you compare it against, including ours.
iOS Only, and Why That Costs Money in Poland
KlipBox is listed for iOS and iPad, with no Android version verified. In markets where an iPad is a bigger share of the booth budget than the platform underneath it, that matters more than it does in the United States.
An Android tablet with a large screen costs a fraction of an iPad, and when a device gets knocked off a spinner at 1am you would rather it was the cheap one. Snap360App runs on Android 7 or later as well as iOS 13 or later, so hardware choice stays yours and stays local.
Snap360App vs KlipBox, Side by Side
KlipBox details checked on their site and App Store listing on 28 August 2026, including the absence of a public pricing page. Snap360App costs 24,99 € a month or 239,99 € a year (19,99 € a month) on PLAN PRO, and 36,99 € a month or 359,99 € a year on DIAMOND PRO with several devices and 15 GB of cloud. The web checkout is cheaper than the App Store, where PRO is 29,99 €.
Who Should Use KlipBox
Use it if the effect is what you sell. A roaming host with a phone and a ring light, corporate mixers where there is no floor space for a platform, or as a cheap second attraction next to a booth you already own. No hardware to carry is a genuine advantage and it should not be dismissed.
Choose spinner software if the 360 is the product, if you need offline recording, GoPro support and unlimited events on one bill, or if you simply want to know the price before you buy.

Frequently Asked Questions
How Much Does KlipBox Cost?
They do not publish a price. There is no pricing page on their website and no tiers listed anywhere public, checked on 28 August 2026. To get a figure you have to contact Metafox directly, which is worth knowing before you plan a budget around it.
Does KlipBox Run on Android?
The App Store listing covers iOS and iPad, and we could not verify an Android version. If your booth hardware is Android, or you want it to be because the tablets cost far less, Snap360App runs on Android 7 or later as well as iOS 13 or later.
Does KlipBox Support 360 Booths?
A 360 spinner mode is not published as a feature. The product is positioned around live AR filters and masks applied on a smartphone, which is a different attraction. For a spinner you need software built around the circular pass and the slow motion render.
Are AR Filters Worth Adding to a 360 Booth?
They can be, as a second attraction at events where the queue is long and people want something to do. They do not replace the spinner clip, which is the piece guests actually post and which brings your next bookings through their followers.
Which Is Better for a Polish Operator?
It depends on what you sell. A roaming host with just a phone can work with an AR app. Anyone renting out a platform needs software that films the orbit, brands it and delivers it offline, and needs to know the monthly price up front.
Can I Test Snap360App Before Paying?
Yes. Snap360App unlocks every feature for free and leaves a watermark on the videos until you subscribe, with no card required. Run a real event flow on your own platform, kill the wifi on purpose, and see what comes out.
Is KlipBox AR Photo Booth Software or a 360 App?
KlipBox is AR photo booth software: live filters and masks on a smartphone, with no platform needed. A 360 app drives a spinner and renders a slow motion orbit. Snap360App does the second job on iOS and Android at 24,99 € a month, and you can run both at the same event as two separate attractions.
